We ship at a flat rate of $9.95 or 19.95 Expedited Parcel to the US and $15.00 to other international destinations per order. Shipments leave our office within 1 to 4 business days after payment is received but delivery times will vary based on border delays and your location. Orders paid for by personal cheque will not ship until payment has cleared.

Returns:
We do not accept returns of open and/or used products. Refunds are only available to items shipped with the original order and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and the refund brings your total below the threshold for free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

You must contact us via Message Us or phone at 1-877-275-5566 for authorization before returning your product for a refund. If you do not contact us before returning a product refunds may be delayed or rejected.
